IMPORTANT - This is an application form for admission into SCE. This is for New Students Only!

Do not fill this form out if you have ever taken classes with the School of Continuing Education, Cypress College or Fullerton College.
This application is for new students only.
If you are an existing student you can register online by using your Student I.D. numbers your User ID. Your PIN number will be what you created the last time you logged-on to the on-line registration system, WebStar. If you have forgotten your PIN number, answering the security question accurately will allow you access.
If you do not know your Student ID number and provided your social security number to us when you originally applied, you can use your social security number to log-on to WebStar. Simply enter in your 9 digit SSN number, without using hyphens, as you User ID
