Acceptable Use Policy INTERNET USAGE POLICY ACCEPTANCE FORM

1.) All students enrolled in Kids’ College Computer Classes should fill out an Internet Usage Policy Acceptance Form in the classroom with their instructor.

2.) Sometimes students/parents will be requested to sign a Photo Permission Form. We ask for this permission from time to time, to update the photos on file of specific classes for our Website and Marketing materials so parents can see what is going on in class! These photos are never sold or used for anything other than the School of Continuing Education programs.

3.) Students should always have emergency information on file with all SCE campuses. We ask that you request an Emergency form at whatever campus you are registered at. Also, please ask the front desk staff to add your name and a phone number to the Emergency Contact section in the computer under your child’s name. Please make sure to update this phone number-should it change.
