North Orange County Community College District officially launched the first mobile application for all three of its schools – School of Continuing Education, Cypress College and Fullerton College – on September 1, 2011. The application is now available in the iTunes App Store as well as the Android Market and soon to be available for the Blackberry device.
The official School of Continuing Education mobile application is designed to provide users with news, class schedule, grades, personal daily course schedule, campus maps, staff/faculty contact information, and transit routes to the campus.
The mobile applications were developed by Brad Rippe, an IT Project Leader with the North Orange County Community College District, working with a team that included representation from both School of Continuing Education and sister institutions, Cypress College and Fullerton College.
