The School of Continuing Education (SCE) 2012 Fall Term class schedule is now available on the SCE website at www.sce.edu/schedule. Classes begin the week of September 10, 2012. Following is additional information regarding the 2012 Fall Term:

REGISTRATION DATES FOR 2012 FALL TERM

• Tuesday, August 21:  Career Technical Education (CTE) Online Registration
• Wednesday, August 22:  SCE Online Registration
• Thursday, August 23:  Walk-In Registration

Online registration will begin at 7:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 21 for CTE registration and Wednesday, August 22 for SCE registration. Computers for online registration are available on August 21 and 22 at the SCE registration offices at the following times: Anaheim Campus and SCE Wilshire Center at 7:00 a.m.; SCE Cypress Center at 7:30 a.m. A clock symbol has been placed in the class schedule to indicate the CTE courses that are eligible for registration on Tuesday, August 21 at 7:00 a.m.

CAREER TECHNICAL EDUCATION (CTE) CERTIFICATE PROGRAM INFORMATION WORKSHOPS

It is HIGHLY recommended that NEW students attend a CTE certificate program information workshop. The information workshop will provide students with an overview of the program, certificate and course requirements, the registration process, and the employment outlook. All of the information workshops will be held at the NOCCCD Anaheim Campus at 1830 W. Romneya Drive, Anaheim, CA 92801. Be on time; latecomers will not be admitted:

• Administrative Assistant: Tuesday, August 14; 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.; room 107
• Early Childhood Education: Wednesday, August 15; 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.; room 101 (Board Room)
• Pharmacy Technician: Thursday, August 16; 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.; room 101 (Board Room)
• Personal Care Aide (attend one of the following):
  -Wednesday, September 12, 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.; room 101 (Board Room)
  -Wednesday, September 12, 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.; room 101 (Board Room)

MEDICAL ASSISTANT PROGRAM REMINDER: Registration for the Medical Assistant Certificate Program is prior to the main SCE registration period. Students must attend the information workshop to receive information about registration; online registration will NOT be available for the Medical Assistant courses.
