I have modified the report based on a request from Beverly Heasley to add a new parameter ‘Order students by’ to give the user the option to order the results either by student’s last name or registration date. (Ticket # 15146)

Report is titled ‘ESL Continuing Student Re-Enrollment Form’ and located in Argos under ‘Student\SCE’.

Report is used to generate a print out of ESL Re-Enrollment Form for continuing students.

I have modified the report based on a request from Terrie Taylor to add SCE Identifiers, Total Override workload as new columns to the report and add show only classes with override workload more than 0 as a new condition to the query. (Ticket # 13647)

Report is titled ‘SCE Faculty Payroll Expenses Projection’ and located in Argos under ‘General\SCE’.

Report is used for projecting faculty payroll expenses per term. The report calculates the projected cost for running the class based on the classroom hours and instructor’s pay rate.

I have created a new Argos report titled ‘CTE Registration/Waitlist Form’ and located in Argos under ‘Student\SCE’.

Report created by Ehab Loza based on a request from Beverly Heasley to create a new report allows printing out the CTE Registration/Waitlist Form. (Ticket # 14964)

The report has a parameter ‘Print’ that allows user to select either to print Registration Sheet or Waitlist Form for the selected CRN.

I have created a new Argos report titled ‘Online Registration Credit Card Vs Check Payments’ and located in Argos under ‘General\SCE’.

Report created by Ehab Loza based on a request from Melda Lara for inquiring headcount of students who have registered online and paid for their registration with a credit card and students have registered online and paid for their registration with a check. (Ticket # 14312)

The report shows the headcounts by term and also shows the grand total for the entire year.

I have modified the report based on a request from Shelia Moore-Farmer to add Session Indicator as a new column to the report. (Ticket # 14255)

Report is titled ‘Check SCE Classes for Errors (Listing Class Meetings Info)’ and located in Argos under ‘Student\Catalog and Schedule’.

Report is used for listing class meetings information for SCE classes for a term based on a large set of paramteres, along with a message explaining if certain information is missing or wrong or conflicts with other data about the class.
